Overview

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead strategic recruitment for senior leaders, critical positions, and niche technology talent. The role advises senior business leaders, manages complex searches, builds talent pipelines, and improves recruitment capability.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for strategic, critical, niche, and specialized technology roles.
• Partner with senior business leaders to define requirements and hiring strategies.
• Execute complex searches using direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and talent intelligence.
• Advise hiring leaders and manage expectations through complex hiring scenarios.
• Build external pipelines for current and future niche technology hiring needs.
• Identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and drive requisitions to closure.
• Improve recruiting processes, hiring quality, analytics, and candidate experience.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring senior leaders, critical business roles, and niche technology talent.
• Ability to lead high-priority, hard-to-fill searches across multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, direct sourcing, referrals, and recruitment strategies.
• Ability to influence senior executives, business leaders, HRBPs, and HR stakeholders.
• Understanding of Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Cybersecurity talent markets.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and market intelligence solutions.
