Lead - Talent Acquisition

Overview

Lead - Talent Acquisition will partner with engineering and business leaders to recruit niche and senior technology talent using AI-powered recruiting tools.

What you'll do

• Attract, track, and close high-quality technical talent aligned to business needs.
• Own end-to-end hiring for niche and senior engineering and product technology roles.
• Use AI-powered sourcing, talent intelligence, and recruiting automation to identify and convert candidates.
• Build proactive market maps and leadership pipelines for critical engineering capabilities.
• Maintain disciplined pipelines with clear reporting and funnel visibility.
• Support candidate assessment and placement using structured interviews and assessment centres.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring strategies and provide market intelligence.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in product engineering, digital engineering, GCC, or technology organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Mandatory experience hiring senior technology talent (e.g., engineering managers, principal/staff engineers, architects, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, platform and cloud roles).
• Mandatory hands-on experience using AI-powered recruiting platforms and GenAI tools across recruiting tasks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• End-to-end ownership mindset with strong project management capability.
