Project & Program Consultant (Workplace Design Manger & Coordinator – Architectural)

Overview

Project & Program Consultant responsible for overseeing and coordinating workplace design projects within a COE team.

What you'll do

• Oversee delivery of workplace design projects to align with corporate standards, stakeholder needs, and operational objectives.
• Coordinate across COE and regional capital management teams to align deliverables, timelines, and stage-gate requirements.
• Manage project schedules, team workloads, deliverables, and progress tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Organize project meetings, track action items and feedback, and prepare stakeholder presentations.
• Ensure alignment with global workplace design standards, governance frameworks, and best practices while handling project-specific needs.
• Provide regular performance, risk, and operational updates and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Lead and develop teams through communication, talent development, training, succession planning, and issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required).
• Experience working within an investment bank or financial services industry (strongly preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Workplace Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Commercial Design Management.
• Proven organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines while providing high-quality service.
• Strong knowledge of document management, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
