Human Resource Intern

Overview

Human Resource Intern position focused on hands-on recruitment and early-stage HR activities, including sourcing, interviewing coordination, onboarding coordination, and training for sales candidates.

What you'll do

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles.
• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for sales candidates.
• Ensure coordination from interview through onboarding.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring goals and contribute to recruitment targets.

What you'll need

• Passing year must be 2024, 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably for sales hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening ability using multiple platforms.
• Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preference for candidates looking for full-time roles to apply.
