Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Overview

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for consulting mandates, partnering with business leaders to handle niche and leadership hiring across strategy, technology, and advisory practices.

What you'll do

• Own hiring delivery for consulting roles across Strategy, Digital, Technology, and Advisory.
• Drive hiring for mid to senior-level talent (Consultant to Director).
• Translate business demand into targeted hiring strategies and custom sourcing approaches.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn mapping, passive engagement, referrals, and networks.
• Partner with consulting leaders, partners, and hiring managers to align on role expectations, quality, and timelines.
• Mentor and coach recruiters on advanced sourcing, stakeholder management, and consulting hiring.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health using dashboards/MIS.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with consulting/professional services hiring.
• Experience hiring Strategy, Technology, and Advisory roles.
• Preference for an MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of consulting business models and the talent landscape.
• Skills in leadership/niche/executive and end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability in stakeholder management and business partnering.
• Advanced talent mapping/market intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
