Technology/ IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting ERM’s Global Delivery Centre by delivering end-to-end hiring for technology and non-technology roles and building sustainable talent pipelines.

What you'll do

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment within agreed hiring timelines for technology and non-technology positions.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple business functions.
• Improve offer acceptance and joining ratios through proactive candidate engagement and stakeholder partnership.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking to support hiring decisions.
• Manage recruitment process compliance, ATS accuracy, and transparent reporting across hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within Workday and support onboarding.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and non-IT hiring.
• Proven experience hiring technology roles (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Software Engineering, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Architecture, Cybersecurity).
• Experience recruiting non-technical functions including Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Operations, Procurement, and Shared Services.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, talent mapping, and direct sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
• Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
