Overview

Lead end-to-end tech hiring for PayPay India’s product organisation and manage a Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll do

• Drive hiring for technology roles in a product-based organisation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a Talent Acquisition team.
• Improve recruitment processes to increase hiring quality and productivity.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders on hiring initiatives.
• Source candidates using tools and advanced search techniques.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure ethical, fair, and compliant AI use in recruitment.

What you'll need

• 10–14 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience focused on technology hiring.
• At least 10+ years of experience hiring for technology roles.
• At least 4 years of people management experience leading and mentoring TA teams.
• Experience managing 6–8 Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Experience hiring software engineers and technical leadership roles across levels.
• Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, Boolean and X-ray search.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
