Overview

Senior Infrastructure Banker focused on debt capital markets syndications, providing strategic advisory and acting as an intermediary in client trading.

What you'll do

• Assist clients raising funds in the debt capital markets.
• Provide strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions with the Institutional Banking team.
• Act as an intermediary in trading for clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of episodic deals to meet revenue and financial goals.
• Ensure proposed client solutions meet internal risk and return standards and ethical standards.
• Identify and anticipate risks across industries, portfolios, diversification, sovereign, commercial, and currency.
• Mentor junior bankers and execute staffing models to support business needs.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or closely related area of Business Administration; master’s preferred.
• Experience working in an investment banking institution.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
• Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses within 150 days of joining.
