Overview
Senior Manager to own end-to-end credit and collections for Americas customers within the Invoice to Cash (I2C) team.
What you'll do
- Set Americas credit and collections strategy, including portfolio management, aging reviews, and cash forecasting.
- Own the Americas collections automation roadmap, including segmentation, dunning workflows, self-service payments, and dispute routing.
- Drive AI adoption across credit and collections workflows (prioritization, AI-drafted correspondence, risk scoring, reconciliation).
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of credit and collections professionals with KPIs for DSO, aging, and collection effectiveness.
- Own credit risk strategy for new and existing customers, including credit policy, limits, and escalation of higher-risk accounts.
- Resolve material customer disputes in partnership with Billing Operations, Cash Application, and Customer Success.
- Run the Americas rollout and optimization of AR automation platforms and integrate with ERP/billing systems.
What you'll need
- Experience leading credit and collections teams in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment, managing other managers.
- Experience driving automation across credit and collections workflows with measurable improvements.
- Knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment, including credit reporting tools (e.g., D&B, Experian) and financial statement analysis.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and AR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and AR automation platforms (e.g., Tesorio, HighRadius, Billtrust).
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for portfolio analysis and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for sensitive customer and executive-level internal conversations.

- Reports into the Accounts Receivable Lead.
- Hybrid location-based policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
- Partners with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and regional AR counterparts in EMEA and APAC.
