Cash Manager, Treasury

Overview

Own Anthropic’s global cash and liquidity function for a multi-entity, multi-currency company, including daily cash desk execution and cash architecture/process design.

What you'll do

• Run daily cash positioning, consolidate balances/activity, and set the daily funding plan.
• Execute cash management operations including wire/ACH payments, cash concentration, sweeps, and cash pooling.
• Build and maintain the 13-week and beyond cash forecasts with variance tracking and scenario modeling.
• Manage liquidity risk by monitoring exposure and concentration limits and escalating early.
• Consolidate a single global cash view across banks, entities, and currencies as one source of truth.
• Design and automate cash workflows and partner on TMS evaluation/implementation.
• Support SOX-ready controls, documentation, and audit readiness for cash desk processes.

What you'll need

• Experience owning daily cash positioning and executing wires via bank portals or a TMS.
• Liquidity-native depth across positioning, forecasting, pooling, intercompany funding, and FX settlement.
• Multi-entity, multi-currency experience moving money across borders and managing repatriation constraints.
• Hands-on Treasury Management System experience on cash/forecasting/connectivity.
• Understanding of SOX requirements like audit trails, approval chains, and segregation of duties.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes without a playbook.

Details

• Reports to the Treasury Ops Lead.
• Hybrid policy: in one of the company’s offices at least 25% of the time.
• Visa sponsorship is available, with reasonable efforts if an offer is made.
• Annual salary range: $180,000–$230,000 USD.
