Senior Manager, Finance Systems - Treasury

Overview

Lead Anthropic’s Finance Systems (Treasury) direction and delivery across treasury platform architecture, automated treasury operations, and integrations with the broader Finance data and systems ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Architect a treasury technology platform, including the data foundation and build-vs-buy sequencing.
• Design the treasury data foundation (models, tables, pipelines, governance) as the single source of truth.
• Own the roadmap and build/ship Claude-powered workflows for key treasury processes.
• Automate daily and monthly operating processes such as cash positioning, forecasting, reporting, bank account management, and payments.
• Define and drive the treasury ecosystem integrations across banks, TMS, ERP, and internal finance systems.
• Ensure what you ship is auditable, controlled, and recoverable with SOX-aligned rigor.
• Run the function by setting direction and unblocking one to two finance systems engineers.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems leadership in finance, treasury, or fintech.
• Deep treasury domain knowledge including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank connectivity/payment workflows.
• Owned architecture and platform decisions across multiple finance/data systems and vendors.
• A track record of shipping internal platforms or finance systems with an engineering team.
• Led complex system design and infrastructure programs, including ownership of architecture and platform decisions.
• Experience leading a system implementation (TMS, ERP module, or similar) or a material internal build from design through go-live.

Details

• Hybrid policy: expect staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
