Finance Systems Engineer, Finance and Strategy

Overview

Finance & Strategy (FP&A) Systems Engineer for the Finance Systems team, building and operating platforms that support financial planning, forecasting, and analytics.

What you’ll do

• Administer and maintain the Pigment financial planning platform to ensure system health and performance.
• Develop and maintain applications, financial models, and workflows for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Write integrations and tooling/production code connecting FP&A platforms to ERP and data warehouse systems.
• Build SQL-based data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting infrastructure for close, forecasting, and business intelligence.
• Support monthly forecasting cycles and critical financial processes.
• Partner with FP&A and other finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improvements.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A systems focused on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience administering and developing solutions in enterprise EPM tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning).
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes, financial reporting, and accounting principles.

Details

• Hybrid work policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Annual compensation range: $205,000–$270,000 USD.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Visa sponsorship: available, with reasonable efforts to sponsor if offered.
