Senior Manager, Global Equity Administration

Overview

Senior Manager to lead end-to-end global equity administration for a subsidiary, ensuring accurate, timely, auditable equity operations and reporting while improving scalable processes.

What you'll do

• Execute end-to-end employee equity administration across equity lifecycle events.
• Run recurring operational cycles by managing timelines, checklists, inputs, and issue resolution.
• Produce audit-ready equity reporting and support accounting, compliance, and reporting needs.
• Build and maintain automated reporting such as scheduled reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
• Support equity system operations (Shareworks or comparable), including troubleshooting and configuration.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure internal controls are followed consistently.
• Coordinate operational steps for new programs and special transactions, including tender offers.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive equity administration experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong working knowledge of equity administration platforms (Shareworks preferred or comparable).
• Ability to operate with precision and urgency in time-sensitive processes.
• Comfort working across equity data flows with HRIS, payroll, and accounting/reporting partners.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and reporting/analytics tools.
• High ownership with independent work and management of multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information.
