Overview
Global Senior Equity Program Manager responsible for managing equity compensation strategy and operations across all global markets.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily equity plan operations including grant processing, option exercises, cancellation, and cap table management.
- Build and optimize processes for equity transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage monthly equity reconciliations and reporting.
- Lead demographic and payroll system integrations to streamline equity operations.
- Develop automated processes for tax rate calculations and payroll integration.
- Create scalable workflows for growing headcount and global expansion.
- Provide guidance on equity-related questions for employees and managers.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan management, or a related field.
- A Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles (stock options, RSUs).
- Experience with Shareworks equity management platforms.
- Proficiency in payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes.
- Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex equity concepts to employees.
Details
- Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
