Legal Program Manager, Compute & Infrastructure

Overview

Legal Program Manager for Compute & Infrastructure, owning contracting operations for high-volume procurement and vendor agreements from intake through signature.

What you'll do

• Coordinate compute and infrastructure procurement transactions from intake through signature.
• Own and administer contract lifecycle management, including workflow design, templates, approval routing, and archiving.
• Design and run intake and triage for prioritization and routing of contract requests.
• Develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency and throughput across infrastructure vendors.
• Collaborate with business units and legal to streamline contract handling, including post-signature obligations and renewals.
• Partner across operational and technical teams to support infrastructure contracting objectives and risk identification.
• Build reporting, dashboards, SLAs, and metrics for turnaround times and bottlenecks.

What you'll need

• Experience operating in a fast-paced technology startup with shifting priorities.
• Initiative and autonomy to manage complex contractual matters and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Contract fluency to triage and route requests and track obligations.
• Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management or legal-operations tooling, process design, and working from data/metrics/dashboards.
• Ability to use AI and LLM tools to streamline and scale routine contracting work.
• Comfort functioning outside areas of expertise in uncharted legal territory.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
