Talent Acquisition Executive

Overview

Talent Acquisition Executive role supporting hiring across hotel departments and managing related HR administrative tasks.

What you'll do

• Administer compensation and benefit programs, including recommendations for enhancements.
• Update and maintain labor contract type and expiration details in the system.
• Enter and verify employee information in the employee master file and systems using hard documents.
• Use recruitment systems and policies to recruit high-potential candidates across levels and departments.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies when required.
• Keep job descriptions and person specifications up to date, screen candidates, and organize interviews with managers.
• Notify candidates of application outcomes and conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
• Provide starter documentation and set up new hires with payroll and relevant systems.
• Report to the People & Culture Manager.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of related experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills, logic mindset, and attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
