Manager - Compensation and Benefits

Overview

Manager for Compensation and Benefits within Arcesium’s global HR team, responsible for designing, analyzing, and executing compensation and benefits programs.

What you'll do

• Design, review, and administer compensation and benefit programs.
• Provide Cost per Head (CPH) analytics including budgeted numbers, quarterly projections, and variance analysis.
• Lead annual compensation reviews covering budgeting, pay structure updates, salary revision cycles, and promotion planning.
• Partner with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and reporting of compensation spend.
• Build advanced Excel models and generate reports/dashboards on salary costs, headcount, benefits utilization, and market trends.
• Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local laws and regulations; support audits and internal reviews.
• Advise HRBPs, Finance, and leadership; guide managers and HR colleagues on C&B frameworks.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in compensation management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and practices across India and US.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Understanding of benefits programs and willingness to build expertise across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An MBA from reputed institutes (preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience/exposure to UK and Portugal.
• Experience in a global or multi-country HR setup.
• Familiarity with compensation surveys, benchmarking methodologies, and vendor management.
• Exposure to HR systems or compensation tools.
