Overview
Manage Compensation & Benefits planning, analysis, and policies. Lead the Compensation & Benefits, Administration and Employee Relations team to support competitive total remuneration and HR/organizational decisions.
What you'll do
- Steer HR planning and controlling processes, including contributing to HR reviews and audits.
- Manage organizational changes.
- Develop periodic reports with statistics, results, and KPIs for Head of HR and Plant Manager decision-making.
- Analyze and propose salary offers aligned with the company pay philosophy and conduct annual salary reviews.
- Define and maintain fair, equitable, and competitive total remuneration packages aligned to company strategy and goals.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with current legislation and keep updating compensation policies via market benchmarking.
- Review job analysis, evaluations, and classifications to align with company principles.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience managing or leading teams with knowledge of various compensation programs.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant fields.
- Experience in HR internal or regional cross-functions or business units through projects or assignments.
- Experience managing project teams as a project leader.
- Strong ability to organize and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with analytical and problem-solving skills.
