Technical Recruiter (Temporary)

Overview

Striim is hiring a Technical Recruiter for temporary 6–9 month coverage in India. You will run full-cycle technical recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and support onboarding and recruiting operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based requisitions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, and evaluate candidates using channels including LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Screen candidates and coordinate technical assessments and interviews.
• Maintain candidate records, feedback, and recruiting workflows in Greenhouse.
• Prepare offer documentation and coordinate onboarding and new-hire documentation.
• Track recruiting metrics and reporting using Excel and Google Sheets.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting in software/technology.
• Experience recruiting for roles including software engineering, product, cloud, AI/ML, infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions and supporting multiple hiring managers in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Meet.
• Intermediate+ proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and formulas.

• Temporary coverage duration: 6–9 months.
• Hiring focus: India-based positions, with collaboration with hiring managers in the United States and other regions.
• Work mode: Hybrid schedule with working from the Chennai office.
• Working hours: Occasionally adjust hours to collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders in the United States.
