Overview

Senior Recruiter for technical GTM and Field Engineering hiring across India in a 12-month contractor role.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles across India from first outreach to close.
• Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on sourcing strategy and market mapping.
• Provide competitive intelligence, compensation positioning, and talent insights.
• Activate and engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines aligned to aggressive hiring goals and APJ expansion.
• Create closing strategies and manage stakeholder expectations using data.

What you'll need

• Proven experience recruiting in the software/Data/AI industry.
• Experience recruiting for technical GTM, pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Field Engineering profiles.
• Track record of scaling teams at a high-growth company.
• High energy and relentless work ethic to get things done.
• Comfort using new tools and speaking credibly to deeply technical candidates.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders with data.
