Staff Technical Recruiter - Contract

Overview

Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6–12 month contract to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles. Based onsite in Bangalore, partnering with hiring managers to build technical teams.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
• Build and manage a pipeline using sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Drive candidate experience with timely communication, structured interviews, and transparent feedback loops.
• Own requisition data hygiene and reporting within the ATS (Ashby).

What you'll need

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in technical/engineering hiring.
• Experience hiring for technical roles including RTL Design, DFT, DevOps, Silicon Validation, and/or Software Engineering.
• Experience recruiting in the India talent market and knowledge of local compensation benchmarks and sourcing channels.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, with Ashby preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for advising and influencing hiring managers and leadership.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work onsite and manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring.
