VP-Benefits Administration-GHR

Overview

Lead and oversee the MGS Benefits team responsible for benefits administration and operational support across EMEA, APAC, and North America.

What you'll do

• Manage benefits operations delivery against service levels, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Oversee employee benefit program administration across private medical, life insurance, disability, retirement/pension, flex benefits, and wellbeing.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and workload management for the benefits team.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex tier 2 benefits queries.
• Ensure benefits data is accurately maintained, validated, and governed across HR systems, vendor platforms, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate benefits training delivered to AskHR and oversee benefits-related reporting, audits, and compliance.

What you'll need

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration across medical, life, disability, absence, pension, wellbeing, and leave.
• Experience leading HR or benefits operations teams in a shared services or global business environment.
• Knowledge of EMEA, APAC, and North America benefits processes and governance requirements.
• Experience managing employee/HR query resolution through service delivery channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement opportunities.
• Experience working with HR systems, benefits platforms, and data management tools.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills and ability to produce insights and reporting from benefits data.
