Talent Sourcing Specialist - Sourcer

Overview

Talent Acquisition Sourcer supporting hiring across Functional Service Partnerships (FSP) with a focus on life sciences functions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple therapeutic and functional areas.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Use sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, networks, referrals, and industry associations.
• Conduct talent market research and talent mapping to assess candidate availability and competitor activity.
• Perform candidate outreach, engagement campaigns, and screening/qualification conversations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Preferred clinical research/CRO industry experience.
• Proficiency in ATS and CRM tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Boolean search techniques and recruitment databases.
