Inside Sales Analyst 1

Overview

The Inside Sales Analyst enables revenue growth for the North American Sales organization by providing timely pipeline development information and data.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver data projects requested by Pipeline Development Specialists, Team Leads, and managers.
• Gather and enter relevant data into a CRM using external and internal tools.
• Identify additional contacts and research companies’ background and technical architecture.
• Monitor companies for relevant changes and information releases.
• Enhance existing dossiers using research findings.
• Create and run pipeline reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Research industry and vertical markets.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience working in a data-related capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience creating List Bumps and List Pulls in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience creating and running reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience using ZoomInfo to gather and enter relevant data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to research, analyze, and interpret information.
