Junior HR Associate

Overview

Junior HR Associate supporting talent acquisition across multiple roles, helping deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring.

What you'll do

• Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts.
• Nurture early relationships to build long-term pipelines.
• Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes/applications.
• Own role coordination beyond scheduling to track progress and outcomes.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers on role expectations, feedback, and timelines.
• Provide regular status updates to management and team members.

What you'll need

• Prefer 1.5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong internship experience in HR or recruitment is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates of Human Resources or Psychology are encouraged.

Details

• Full-time remote role.
• Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
