Recruiter (Manufacturing Industry)

Overview

Recruiter responsible for service excellence across the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, evaluation, and setting clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and search approaches.
• Review ATS applications, evaluate qualifications vs. requirements, and advance suitable candidates.
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans aligned to search requirements.
• Sourcing candidates using resume databases, search engines, networking sites with Boolean search.
• Coordinate candidate engagement via phone, email, and social media, and prepare them for interviews.
• Conduct phone-screen templates and assess notes/skills against role requirements; issue skills tests if needed.
• Provide candidate status updates and partner on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.

What you'll need

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Location: Bangalore.
• Work setup: 5 days work from office.
• Work hours: M-F 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
