Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Overview

Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support Procore’s Talent Acquisition team by coordinating and managing candidates’ interview scheduling and information flow.

What you'll do

• Schedule and manage candidates’ interviews across multiple time zones.
• Ensure candidates receive up-to-date interview details.
• Distribute relevant information to the hiring team.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to run the interview process.
• Use Procore’s ATS and scheduling tool to support efficient interviewing.
• Support special projects as needed.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar recruiting role.
• Respect for confidential information.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Experience using scheduling software (GoodTime preferred but not required).
• Experience using an ATS (Workday preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changes.

Details

• Temporary contract for 6 months.
• Reports to Manager, Candidate Experience.
• Based in the Bangalore, India office.
• Position to start immediately.
