Overview
As a Resource Analyst, you will forecast and track resource allocation needs, assignments, and availability for assigned projects.
What you'll do
- Track resource needs and assignments and coordinate resource request intake, follow-up, and resolution.
- Evaluate resource requests, availability, and assignments across areas to meet resourcing needs.
- Lead weekly resourcing needs and meetings, and distribute resourcing reports.
- Update roll-off dates and assignments for clinical resources across managed projects.
- Coordinate, track, and distribute CVs, and liaise to keep CVs accurate and up-to-date.
- Use resourcing dashboards and tools to reconcile/QC departmental reports and provide monthly projections and utilization reports.
- Mentor and assist in training new staff as necessary.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Previous experience comparable to 3+ years’ that provides knowledge/skills/abilities to perform the job.
- Knowledge of project resourcing and forecasting and applicable tracking/forecasting tools.
- Proficient MS Office skills, including Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge of relational databases and ability to generate reports.
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
