Overview
Assistant Manager (Volume Hiring) to lead frontline recruitment operations and drive 100+ hires per month.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute rapid-scale hiring drives (on-ground walk-ins and virtual mass events).
- Onboard and manage staffing agencies/vendors to meet delivery SLAs, candidate quality, and cost targets.
- Direct and train a high-velocity team of recruiters and HR interns, with daily output targets.
- Own the full candidate lifecycle and optimize sourcing/screening to reduce drop-offs and shorten time-to-hire.
- Conceptualize and roll out high-conversion employee referral programs.
- Forecast headcount needs and maintain real-time hiring dashboards (funnel conversions, cost-per-hire, Day-30 retention).
What you'll need
- Minimum 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience owning high-volume/bulk recruitment.
- Proven ability to personally/operationally drive 100+ frontline joins per month.
- Strong pre-existing relationships with frontline recruitment agencies and regional labor suppliers.
- Hands-on experience with high-volume ATS platforms (e.g., Fountain, Paradox).
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven sourcing/screening tools.
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters or HR interns in a fast-paced environment.
