What you'll do

• Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Post job openings on platforms and manage candidate applications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in coordinating job offers and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate relevant reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certifications listed include Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) (Vskills).
• Certifications listed include Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (Symbiosis Institute of Distant Learning).
• Certification listed include SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management).
• English proficiency: Proficient (C2).
• Required skill: Amazon Web Services (AWS).
