Overview
HR Technology Analyst supporting Workday reporting solutions, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What you'll do
- Translate reporting needs into scalable Workday reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Develop and optimize Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports.
- Create and maintain calculated fields, report prompts, and data sources for reporting requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across Workday reporting.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify insights and risks.
- Lead reporting enhancements and support Workday releases and biannual releases.
- Lead testing for Workday upgrades to ensure reporting functionality and dashboards perform as expected.
What you'll need
- Required degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Human Capital Management systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong experience developing and supporting Workday reports and dashboards.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into business insights.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Workday reporting experience including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Trending Reports, Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Calculated Fields, and Reporting Security.

- Support auditing, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support security configuration and reporting access for governance and compliance.
