Workforce Planning Specialist - Associate 2

Overview

Workforce Planning Specialist (Associate 2) in the Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights team, supporting reporting evolution and HR analytics to inform global business decisions.

What you'll do

• Provide timely HR reporting and analysis to identify trends and guide decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to improve reporting processes and optimize reporting delivery solutions.
• Support technology-based platforms, functionality implementation, and maintenance.
• Design and develop metrics, interactive reports/dashboards, and visual aids for actionable insights.
• Document and update reporting processes, and drive reporting standardization.
• Manage reporting project phases and handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs.
• Build and maintain HR Data Governance structure and a dictionary for HR.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Management (a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience performing HR reporting and analysis and driving continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience reporting in Tableau.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Good-to-have knowledge of Databricks.
