Analyst- HR Operations

Overview

The Analyst, HR Operations supports employee benefits programs by managing benefits data, compliance monitoring, and administrative delivery across APAC.

What you'll do

• Oversee the complete insurance lifecycle for Asia Pacific, including renewals and coverage changes.
• Answer queries from managers, employees, and HR on benefit policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end car lease program, including eligibility and maintaining employee status changes.
• Administer voluntary and country-specific benefit programs such as NPS, meal vouchers, and Provident Fund contributions.
• Manage and approve employee transactions in Workday related to benefits and leave/absence administration.
• Maintain records and provide data for reporting while responding to queries.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or client services (preferred).
• Compliance focus with analytics and vendor management for benefits.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Workday HR environment experience preferred (or similar HR ERP desirable).
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
