What you'll do

• Implement relevant HR strategies closely with the function.
• Drive retention programs and HR best practices.
• Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and advise managers on employee issues.
• Support annual compensation activities for promotions, bonus, and salary increases.
• Provide HR expertise across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• SHRM-SCP certification is listed (and other certifications are mentioned).
• Proficiency in English (C2) is required.
