Sr Talent Acquisition Partner

Overview

Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for a Healthcare Technology organization, with a focus on technical engineering roles.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding for critical IT roles.
• Assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, including conducting initial technical interviews when appropriate.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for senior-level hiring, workforce planning, and executive recruitment.
• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies across multiple channels including job boards and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate ATS data (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and generate hiring metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.

What you'll need

• 8–12 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a healthcare technology or GCC environment.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday and Greenhouse (and others like Taleo mentioned).
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies including Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, data engineering, and EHR systems.
• Demonstrated success hiring mid to senior-level tech roles in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
