Senior Recruiter

Overview

Senior Recruiter responsible for hiring for AML teams in Hyderabad and owning end-to-end talent management. You’ll support scalable recruiting while partnering with hiring and People teams.

What you'll do

• Manage candidates end-to-end to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Build a local and international talent network.
• Develop relationships with hiring teams and guide them through recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with sourcers to understand the candidate market and engage talent.
• Use data to support hiring recommendations and optimize hiring processes for global scalability.
• Partner with hiring and People teams on initiatives such as referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.

What you'll need

• Excellent knowledge of talent management.
• Ability to partner effectively with others.
• Understand how to deliver exceptional talent while keeping candidate and hiring manager experience central.
• Ability to help scale AML teams over the next few years.
