Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology

Overview

Lead end-to-end hiring for technology roles and take ownership of hiring outcomes for Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, QA/SDET, and technical leadership.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end hiring for specified technology functions and technical leadership.
• Partner with hiring leaders to convert business priorities into sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Build pipelines for niche and hard-to-find technical talent via direct sourcing and other channels.
• Use market intelligence and recruiting data to advise and influence hiring decisions.
• Monitor and improve funnel health, SLAs, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and candidate experience.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and AI-assisted sourcing to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Mentor recruiters and support consistent, high-quality hiring practices.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong technology hiring expertise.
• Proven success recruiting senior, niche, and hard-to-find talent in engineering-related areas.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities for challenging talent markets.
• Use recruiting metrics and funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions using market insights, recruiting data, and judgment.
• Stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience operating effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
