Talent Delivery & Recruitment Manager

Overview

Lead a large team of recruitment specialists and own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment delivery for construction supervision and technical engineering roles.

What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and inspire a large team of senior recruitment specialists.
• Drive team performance using clear KPIs, regular reviews, and accountability.
• Oversee workload distribution to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across requisitions.
• Own end-to-end high-volume recruitment for construction supervision and technical engineering roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and networks.
• Lead talent mapping and pipeline building ahead of business demand.
• Define and monitor recruitment KPIs and produce delivery performance reports.

What you'll need

• Experience leading and managing large recruitment teams in a consultancy or RPO environment.
• High-volume recruitment background, ideally in construction, engineering, or technical disciplines.
• Track record managing KPIs, metrics, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with the Middle East recruitment market and regional hiring practices.
• Client-centric mindset with experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to deliver against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
