Senior Business Development Representative, India

Overview

Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth across enterprise accounts in India and the SAARC region, partnering with Account Directors.

What you'll do

• Identify and engage senior stakeholders in target accounts using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up and qualify marketing-generated leads from events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Book high-quality meetings into key accounts aligned with Account Director priorities.
• Ensure meetings convert into qualified opportunities contributing to the revenue pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to prioritize accounts, map stakeholders, and develop messaging.
• Run first conversations to understand challenges, qualify interest, and secure next steps.

What you'll need

• 3+ years outbound BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or technology sales.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (Director level and above).
• Strong clear, concise, professional communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to be based in Mumbai only and attend the office at least 2+ days per week.
