Senior Associate in Marketing owning the outbound marketing pipeline and end-to-end funnel strategy and execution.

What you'll do

• Define and execute outbound marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Run continuous experiments to optimize funnel conversion rates and analyze incremental impact.
• Identify growth and efficiency opportunities by breaking down complex pipeline challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Events, Marketing, Business Operations, and Sales) to prioritize initiatives using data and research.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to sharpen the growth plan.

What you'll need

• 2.5–4 years of overall experience.
• Prefer experience in B2B SaaS and adaptability to evolving problem statements.
• Proven ability to solve complex channel problems and drive execution with attention to detail.
• Strong data-driven decision-making comfort working with pipeline data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including leading or influencing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of outbound marketing best practices including content, audience, and infrastructural nuances.
