Overview

Director of Business Development for JLL Project & Development Services in Mumbai, focused on leading sales growth and expanding market presence across multiple asset classes.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue growth and expand market share for the Project & Development Services portfolio.
• Identify and secure high-value business opportunities with corporate occupiers, developers, and institutional clients.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Mumbai micro-markets across office, retail, residential, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations for key accounts.
• Provide market intelligence on Mumbai micro-markets, infrastructure developments, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-selling and proposal/pitch processes.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of progressive business development and sales experience in specified consultancy types.
• Proven double digit sales growth track record in real estate for project management business.
• Deep knowledge of Mumbai real estate market across all asset classes.
• Established network with clients, occupiers, developers, vendors, and consultants.
• Essential graduate degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and approval processes in Mumbai.
