Senior Account Executive / Account Executive (Market Research) (Remote)

Overview

Senior Account Executive/Account Executive (Market Research) will support sales goals by managing client relationships, bids/RFPs, proposals, and account growth with Sales Directors.

What you'll do

• Qualify RFPs, write proposals, and develop effective client pricing.
• Define project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools.
• Update the company CRM tool with delivered bids.
• Develop and expand client relationships to drive incremental revenue via closing sales and upselling.
• Manage client expectations during the delivery phase.
• Provide additional information and partner sources to the Client Services Team during delivery.
• Assist with presentations and other sales-related activities as required.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience in pre-sales and proposal management in the market research industry.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work US shift hours in the EST time zone.
• Compliance with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.
