Business Development Representative (Fresher)

Overview

Seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify leads, build a sales pipeline, and book qualified meetings and product demos.

What you'll do

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to explain products and services.
• Convert customer interest into qualified meetings and demos with Sales and Marketing.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and schedule product demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve lead generation and conversion targets.

What you'll need

• 0–1 years of experience in pre-sales, sales development, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and doing personalized outreach.
• Good research and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
