Senior Team Member

Overview

Senior Team Member in Retirement Services operations supporting 401(K) account maintenance for large corporate clients.

What you'll do

• Review and process hardship claims documents.
• Maintain records for 401(K) account support.
• Reconcile accounts and perform related research.
• Support operational functions for internal/external business partners and customers using established procedures.
• Review/process transactions and provide quality service.
• Prioritize and solve problems under time constraints to meet deadlines.

What you'll need

• 36–60 months of experience in the current role with financial or banking industry exposure.
• Sound knowledge of investment and retirement products.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) retirement savings accounts.
• Hands-on experience in transaction processing and reviewing transaction calls.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
