Account Receivables Clerk

Overview

Account Receivables Clerk responsible for collections, customer service around billing issues, and maintaining accurate billing and account records.

What you'll do

• Make outbound collection calls/emails and maintain customer relationships.
• Collect customer payments according to due dates.
• Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
• Send correspondence to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Capture and maintain accurate records in client billing systems.
• Post collections to client accounts and verify balances and supporting documents.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor assigned accounts and collection reports.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in account receivables.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite or SAP.

• Shift timing: 11:00 am IST to 7:30 pm IST.
• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
