Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer - India

Overview

Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer for ClickHouse’s global Support Engineering team, handling customer-facing technical support for users, customers, and prospects from India and across APJ/EMEA.

What you'll do

• Support and guide users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
• Triage support tickets and provide first-line technical customer service.
• Develop and share solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and ClickHouse open-source through content and training.
• Partner with Go To Market on deeply technical aspects of POCs.
• Work with global Support Services, Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management to define user-required functionality.
• Mentor and train colleagues, users, and customers, and help improve support processes.

What you'll need

• Technical breadth and depth in ClickHouse open-source or Cloud, or relevant domains like SQL databases and distributed systems.
• Prior experience in roles such as Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Database Administrator, Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
• Availability to deliver high-quality 24x7 support in a global, distributed environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work fully remote with reliable connectivity.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and solve challenging problems.
