Senior Technical Manager

Overview

Senior Technical Manager responsible for overseeing building engineering systems and service delivery operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee fire/life safety, electro-mechanical equipment, and HVAC building systems.
• Ensure asset documentation, including asset trackers, defect liability period, and AMC/CAMC records.
• Manage hiring, training, and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for service delivery with JLL and outsourced agencies.
• Oversee vendor quotations, invoices, agreement renewals, and invoice/payment follow-ups.
• Conduct risk/root-cause analyses for system failures and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Create and maintain emergency response planning and participate in evacuation drills.

What you'll need

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the Facility Industry on property management services.
• Thorough understanding of safety and environmental concerns related to equipment and plant operations.
• Strong analytical, meticulous, and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently with excellent written and oral communication.
