Senior TSQL/ MSBI Developer

Overview

Senior TSQL/MSBI Developer to build and optimize data solutions using SQL BI and Azure data engineering tools.

What you'll do

• Develop using SQL BI stack including T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Work with Azure Data Engineering stack including Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Model and optimize large analytical databases using Analysis Services.
• Create data visualizations using SSRS/paginated reports on finance-related projects (preferred).
• Apply data warehousing design and OLAP dimensional modeling including star schema and snowflake.
• Share best practices with the internal team in an agile delivery model.

What you'll need

• Experience with SQL BI stack: T-SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Experience with Azure Data Engineering stack including Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience modeling/optimizing analytical databases using Analysis Services.
• Good knowledge of data modeling and design concepts.
• Proven leadership experience delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Strong data warehousing design skills (OLAP, star schema, snowflake, best practices).

• Shift: afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
