Senior Veeva CRM Release Engineer

Overview

Lead Veeva Vault CRM release engineering across global environments, owning release architecture, governance, DevOps enablement, and reliable software delivery.

What you'll do

• Establish GitHub source control, branching, versioning, and configuration standards.
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Lead Veeva Vault CRM migrations and multi-environment configuration lifecycles.
• Plan releases, execute cutovers, manage rollbacks, and stabilize deployments.
• Mentor engineers and administrators and resolve complex platform issues.
• Improve license governance, utilization, costs, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, and Security stakeholders on continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of technical leadership in Veeva Vault CRM and/or Salesforce engineering, DevOps, or release orchestration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Salesforce Service Cloud, Databricks, Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Experience with configuration migrations, data loads, environment refreshes, validations, and production deployments.
• VQL and SQL experience, including Veeva data integration with Databricks or enterprise data lakes.
• Veeva Vault CRM Administrator or Salesforce Platform certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted DevOps, intelligent release automation, predictive deployment analytics, or Generative AI.
• Exposure to cloud-native technologies and AWS.
