Overview

Lead the development of long-term financial models and forecasts, and support strategic decision-making and senior leadership alignment for Genpact's F&A FP&A function.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of long-term financial models and forecasts aligned with corporate strategy.
• Support strategic decision-making by evaluating financial performance, growth opportunities, and investment initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Budgeting.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Masters in Finance.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Business Financial Planning, Commercial Excellence, Financial Analysis Reporting, Financial Management, Financial Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Management Reporting, Microsoft Office, People Leadership, Process Standardization, Strategic Planning.
• English, proficient, C2 level (required).
